EPAPro Essentials vs EPAPro

Whilst EPAPro is the industry’s leading End-Point Assessment solution we recognize that it isn’t always cost-effective for low-volume and new EPA businesses. This is why we have developed Essentials to give EPAOs of all sizes access to the best solutions for their businesses whilst matching their needs and budget.

The main difference between Essentials and EPAPro is scale. EPAPro Essentials was created for EPAOs that typically carry out 300 or fewer end-point assessments per year.  The cost of using Essentials is purely transactional, with no ongoing commitment making it ideal for new or low volume EPAOs.

 If you are processing more than 300 end-point assessments per year then you would benefit from the additional tools and integrations that are available in EPAPro specifically to cope with operating at scale.  EPAPro is a full ‘software as a service’ (SaaS) solution, with a minimum three-year contractual term, and monthly fees starting at £350. For established EPAOs and high-volume clients, or organisations expecting rapid growth, EPAPro’s pricing model offers significant savings and convenience.

EPAPro Essentials users can upgrade to EPA Pro at any time, and all of your historical data and users and configuration information will be retained in your upgraded system to avoid any disruption to your business.
